A Prenatal Support Doula offers customized prenatal, labour, and birth preparation information and classes and helps clients design the type of pregnancy, labour, and birth experience they’d like to have, while educating about possibilities and options. Regardless if you are expecting your first child or not, a Prenatal Doula can help you feel informed and confident while waiting to meet baby. Discussing pregnancy, biology of labour, labour stages, birthing positions, comfort measures, medical pain management, and interventions helps families make informed decisions. Day to day prenatal support can look differently for each family and includes a multitude of support services from prenatal health & wellness, general self-care, labour & birth planning, to preparing for the fourth trimester - the postpartum period. Labour & Birth Doula
Labour and Birth Doulas provide complete customized prenatal, labour, birth, and immediate postpartum support to expectant individuals, couples, and families who are awaiting the big arrival of their little one(s). Labour and Birth Doulas support people with their pregnancy, labour & birth, and postpartum experience. Regardless if you are expecting your first child or not, a Labour & Birth Doula can help you feel informed and confident throughout the entire journey to meet baby.

Postpartum Doula
Jessica supports parents and babies (0-2 years) with their individual needs. A Postpartum Doula helps with tasks that will make transitions welcoming a little one home that much easier. Day to day postpartum support can look differently for each family and includes a multitude of support services from light house work, laundry, organization, meal preparation, sanitization & sterilization, baby feeding support, baby care, sleep support, postpartum parent support, self-care, support with older children, pet support, support on outings, to routines & schedules and beyond. If you need support with something post delivery, a Postpartum Doula can help.

Doulas support individuals and families to and through parenthood from egg to baby, wherever they are on their unique journey. Think of a Doula as a personalized coach and advocate who provide non-judgmental and unbiased evidence-based & holistic education, emotional support, physical support, community referrals, and wellness services, while tailoring support to the individual wants and needs. Jessica hopes to support clients through these great transitions with as much grace and ease as possible and for them to know they are not alone.
Jessica provides both virtual and in-person Doula services, while allowing clients to build their own support packages so that they get the exact support they want and need specific for their one of a kind journey. Support plans can be scheduled on a one-time basis or on a recurring schedule, with infinite options that are tailored specifically to the client.
